Restroom & Shower Facilities
Our campground offers very clean restrooms and showers, with modern facilities for our visitors. We have hot showers, plenty of electrical outlets, and individual dressing areas.
Camp Store
Camping supplies, T-shirts and Sweatshirts, Gem Mining Bags, Mini-golf supplies, toys, candy, groceries, snacks, soda, ice, charcoal, and firewood is available to our guests at our Camp Store.
Coloring T-shirts – bonus its an activity and a souvenir all in one! We also have new Friends from the Bear Factory. Choose your friend, and outfit and more.
Available to borrow – corn hole bags, giant connect 4, volleyballs, basketballs, frisbee, ladder golf, yardzee, Street Hockey and Lacrosse sticks, and other outdoor games
In the “works” Pickleball equipment
The Camp Store opens daily at 9:00 am. Please feel free to stop in for any questions or suggestions about the area.
Laundry Facilities
The Camp laundry facilities open daily at 9:00am and closes 1/2 hour before store closes.
Recreation Hall
Crystal Rock Campground offers indoor recreation in our Recreation Hall! Campers can enjoy table tennis, air hockey, pool, foosball, skee ball and arcade games.
Tables available for you to use for your own games – great when you need to get out of the weather – or sign out our games from the camp store
Crystal Rock Mini Golf
Great Family Fun: for your entertainment. 9 hole mini golf available.
Playground and Sports
The kids ages 2-12 will love spending free time at the Crystal Rock Campground playground!
New in 2022 our Pirate Ship Play set for kids 2-12.
There are swings, play structures, a sandbox, chalk board, Tetherball, and cornhole games that are fun for all ages.
Don’t forget: We also have a sand volleyball court and a basketball court and mini golf!
Crystal Rock Mining Company Gem Mine
Our Gem Mine offers entertaining and educational fun for the whole family. Pan for gems in the running water sluices, just like the old-timers did. Then identify your finds, learn more about them, and discover where in the world they came from!
Camping Comfort
There are plenty of shaded sites available, and you’ll find a picnic table and fire ring at every one of them. Pull-through sites and full hook-ups are available! Forget something? Visit our camp store. Looking for more? We’re just 12 miles from Sandusky, Cedar Point Amusement Park, and only minutes from the Lake Erie Islands ferry boats in Port Clinton, Sandusky, Catawba and Marblehead
Craft Corner
Kids and adults alike can now craft at times that fit their schedule. Check out options in the camp store – free as well as low cost craft options available. Take back to your campsite or use our picnic tables in the pavilion.
Pickleball
Recreational; Pickleball court to be added with basketball court. Equipment will be available to sign out at the camp office
GaGa Pit
GaGa Pit added to the recreation area for 2024. Great way for the kids and teens to have fun and burn off some energy!
